If you only want Kalles kaviar, you can find that at Fairway's on the Upper West Side, as well as other items such as "knackebrod" and "sill". The IKEA stores in New Jersey and Long Island also have these and other items. The Swedish Church (48th or 49th between 5th and Madison) has Swedish candy, juices, home-made bread and similar items. Finally, if you want a great lunch or dinner, consider Aquavit (13W 54th Street) and Christer's (145W 55th Street). They won't have much in the way of breakfast, but they are wonderful restaurants with both traditional and "reinvented" Swedish cuisine.
