Hi there!
I have a girlfiend that lives in USA and she wants to move here. We plan to stay here in Sweden for a couple of years. If you do not want to fix a residence permit, is there a way to go around the 90 days rule?
For ex. if she will leave sweden after 90 days, for a short while (maybe just a few hours) and then come back again...will that work? Is it legal to do a thing like that if it worked?
Any information about this would be helpful..
