I like to eat Jansons frestelse, my favorite dish, but that only works with none oily anchovies, i.e. not the American ones.
I found some Swedish food, like anchovies, kaviar, fiskbullar in Florida, but now that I'm moving to Texas, I would like to know if that's available there. (Austin, Tx)
