Want to build Networks in Sweden

I am looking for a job in Sweden building networks and/or fixing networks. I am a fully certified in both Microsoft (MCP/MCSE) and Novell networks (CNA/CNE). My wife is Swedish and we have two children and all of my wife's family lives in Sweden. That is why I would like to work part time in Sweden. I can also teach networking as well.
